Procedure of birthday celebration
1. The person whose birthday is celebrated should light an Oil Lamp or a Candle which should continue all through the ceremony.
2. Some sweets, fruits, flowers, chocolates, etc. should be put in front of the birthday person on a table.
3. Sing the song " Shubha Taba Janmadiwas...." in chorus along with timing in claps as long as it suits. Other devotional music can also be presented.
4. If possible a speech should be made on life and duties by someone capable.
5. Distribution of the "Prasadam" chocolates, fruits whatever are there.
6. Presents offered to the birthday person is appreciated.
